PlayStation's big Days of Play sale has officially kicked off for 2026. Alongside some solid discounts on DualSense controllers, the PlayStation VR2, and more PlayStation-related goodies, there's also been plenty of PS5 video game deals popping up, including brand new low prices on some.
Ghost of Yōtei is one game that's hit its lowest price to date at Amazon of $49.98, but it's not alone. Death Stranding 2: On The Beach has hit a brand new all-time low price at Amazon as well, sitting at $39.99. Marvel's Spider-Man 2 is another that's returned to its lowest price so far at Amazon of $29.99, which is definitely worth picking up if it's been sitting in your backlog.
Alongside Spider-Man 2, there's plenty more games around the $30 mark right now that are worth a look, from Helldivers 2 to Ghost of Tsushima to Returnal. If you haven't played the latter yet, but you played Saros and really enjoyed it, this is a great time to grab it if you crave more of what Housemarque has to offer.
For $10 more, there's also options like Stellar Blade and Astro Bot on sale right now. Personally, I think the latter is worth every penny at just $40, even if it's not as low as the $32.99 price point we saw earlier this year. It's an absolutely delightful platformer that's perfect for playing during these sunny summer months. I certainly agree with IGN's reviewer, Simon Cardy, who said, "it delivers joy in spades, never once becoming even remotely dull or repetitive."
Physical PS5 games aren't the only ones seeing some nice discounts during Days of Play, though. If digital games are more up your alley, we've found some picks from PlayStation's sale that are absolutely worth checking out right now. One of the biggest that's caught our eye is on the digital version of Resident Evil Requiem, which has dropped to $55.99 at PlayStation.
If you haven't played Capcom's latest survival horror yet, it's another game I'd highly recommend adding to your library. As a big fan of horror games and Resident Evil, I absolutely loved the balance of creeping around corridors as Grace and then swapping into Leon's action hero shoes. It's not the only option from the sale I think is worth picking up, though.
Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 is another digital deal from PlayStation's Days of Play sale that caught my eye, and another I think is really worth adding to your collection. It's a truly special RPG with fantastic characters, an unforgettable story, and some truly wonderful music. Trust me, you'll be off to buy the soundtrack immediately after playing it.
As you can see, there are plenty of PS5 game deals to explore during the Days of Play sale this year.
